Last updated: 09 July 2025
1. About us
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Citadelle Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15837772, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (“Citadelle”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
You can contact us at diandra@citadelle.co.uk.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, including any content, functionality or services offered on or through it (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you purchase services or digital content from us via the Site, a contract will come into existence when we accept your order. These Terms, together with our order confirmation email, form that contract.
3. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users aged 18 years or over. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
5. Your account and security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
6. Permitted and prohibited uses
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law;
copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of the Site without our express written consent;
transmit or procure the sending of unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.
7. Our services, fees and payment
Details of our consultancy packages, digital downloads or subscriptions (collectively “Products”) are set out on the Site. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT unless indicated otherwise.
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Our acceptance occurs when we send a second email confirming your order (“Order Confirmation”). We use third‑party payment processors — please refer to their terms for payment processing details.
7.1 Right to cancel for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract for digital content or services within 14 days without giving any reason, except where (a) the service has been fully performed after you expressly requested we begin performance, or (b) the digital content has been provided and you acknowledged you would lose your right to cancel once download or streaming began.
To exercise the right to cancel, email us at legal@citadelle.uk with your order details. We will refund payments due within 14 days using the same means of payment, unless we agree otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video and software—is owned by or licensed to Citadelle and is protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual‑property rights. You may print or download extracts for personal use only. No rights are granted to modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. User‑generated content
If you upload, post or transmit any content to the Site (“User Content”):
you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, display and distribute such User Content in connection with the Site and our business; and
you warrant that you own or control all rights in the User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that, in our sole discretion, breaches these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
10. Reliance on information & no professional advice
The material on our Site is provided for general information only and is not intended to amount to marketing, legal, financial or other professional advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Site.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable to you for: (a) loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; (b) business interruption; (c) loss of anticipated savings; (d) loss of business opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill; or (f) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Our total liability arising under or in connection with the Site and any contract formed via it (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) shall be limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citadelle, its directors and employees from and against all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Linking to the Site and third‑party links
You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair, legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
14. Events outside our control
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter and formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland or Scotland you may also bring proceedings in those jurisdictions.
16. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at complaints@citadelle.uk. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Entire agreement and severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to their subject matter. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
